  • METHOD OF PREPARING GAS OR ELECTRIC OVEN

    • Preheat the OVEN at a temperature of 220ºC for approximately 15 minutes;
    • Remove the plastic film and the Styrofoam disc from the calzone;
    • Place the calzone in a form;
    • Bake at 220ºC or more for approximately 10 minutes for defrosted pizzas or, 15 minutes for frozen calzones.
